U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius gave the keynote address at the National Children’s Health Insurance Summit in Chicago this morning. Afterward, she talked about a PSA she recently recorded with Elmo on Sesame Street. She tries to teach Elmo to sneeze properly, but finds he’s physically unable to do it.
